Air operated 3 piece 316L stainless steel screwed 2-way 16 Bar ball valve with PTFE seals. Pneumatically operated spring return.

Actuator
Spring return (air move / spring return) Rack + pinion pneumatic actuator
90-degree anticlockwise rotation, two external travel stops allowing for +/- 5 degree adjustment for both open and closed position.
Air supply port 1/4 BSP and Namur (VDI-VDE3845) for mounting similarly compliant controllers.
Compressed air supply 4 to 6 Bar (30 micron filtered + dry)
2 colour visual position indicator
Body: Hard anodised aluminium alloy with epoxy coated die-cast aluminium alloy end caps.
ATEX Certified in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU Article 1 (b) (ii). Ex II 2GD c T3 or T5. (actuator only)

Supplied fully assembled and 100% function tested prior to shipping. (Push fittings + silencers used for bench testing can be removed to install Namur solenoid controller.)
