Function: external pilot controlled pressure sustaining or back pressure valve.
Port: DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, DN400, DN450 and DN500 up to DN1000, PN16 flange, option ANSI150Lb or JIS10K
Body: Cast Iron
Internals: Brass, Bronze and stainless steel
Inlet pressure: 12 Bar max, tested 21 Bar
Back Pressure adjustment range: 0.5 to 4 Bar or 2 to 8 Bar, displayed by pressure gauge (Included).
Seals: NBR standard, option FKM
Media: water or other fluids under 50 CST compatible with materials of construction.
Temperature: -15°C to +80°C Max

The back pressure can be manually adjusted between the minimum and maximum pressure values with the maintained back pressure displayed by the external pressure gauge. The BFS pressure sustaining valve will maintain a pre-set upstream pressure regardless of downstream demands.
Unique U ring sealing offer long maintenance free life and the piston design offers the highest flow size for size against any other BPV valve in the market.
